If 15 days have passed since you received your crop top band, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your band for a different size your band must be unworn & unwashed | in original condition.
I do my best to accommodate all Exchange requests -if the size band you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we can proceed with a return.

Returns
Crop Top Bands can be returned within 15 days of receiving. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Bands must be unworn & unwashed and in original packaging for a full refund. Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for a full refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the crop top band is defective, or damaged - thecroptopband@gmail.com
In some cases we may offer you other solutions without sending the product back.
Please Note:
In order to receive a refund you must send us a tracking number. Products that are sent without a tracking number will not be refunded!
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the cost of your band on your original payment method. Original shipping fees cannot be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping
Once an order has shipped, it is no longer in our control. If your order is lost or stolen after delivery we are not responsible. In the event of a lost or stolen package, please first reach out to the shipping carrier
Please allow order fulfillment 2-3 business days before shipping.
Original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
